Cybersec Investments was founded with a single purpose: to make DoD cybersecurity compliance accessible, understandable, and achievable for every defense contractor — from large prime contractors to small subcontractors on the supply chain.
As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and SBA 8(a) certified firm with a majority-veteran staff, we bring a deep, firsthand understanding of the DoD mission to every engagement. Located in Melbourne, Florida — the heart of the Space Coast defense corridor — we are uniquely positioned to serve the region's dense concentration of government contractors and defense industry partners. Our majority-veteran team brings over 30 years of combined DoD experience — not as outside consultants, but as former military and defense professionals who served within the systems we now help protect.
Our Managing Principal & CISO contributed over 17,000 volunteer hours to the CMMC Accreditation Body's Standards Management Industry Working Group — helping write the assessment criteria and scoping guidance that define CMMC assessments today.
